Pear, Brie and Pecan Crepe

1 cup of All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Water
1/2 cup of Milk (It doesn't matter what kind!)
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
2 tablespoons of Melted Butter (salted or unsalted)
Anjou Pears
1 package of Brie
Pecans

*This recipe makes about 5-6 medium size crepes*

Mix the flour and the eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add in the milk and water, and stir really well with a whisk! Add the salt and the melted butter and continue to stir until it is nice and creamy!

Now you have your crepe batter.

When we made these, we used a non-stick pan, but you can always add a little canola/cooking oil to ensure that your yummy crepes don't stick!

You can use a ladle to scoop out your batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin coat. Cook on a medium heat for about two minutes (or until golden) and then flip. You can then proceed to add your toppings.

We decided that brie and pears would be delicious! The pecans were added for a little crunch. All you have to do is chop up the pecans finely, and slice the pears and brie into thin pieces.

Add the toppings onto one half of your still cooking crepe and flip the other side over, so that crepe is shaped like a half moon.

Take off the stove (Of Course), and Enjoy!
